Melanor IVD MD – Norway

Melanor IVD MD represents companies in Norway involved in both in vitro diagnostics and medical devices. They aim to support the growth and responsible development of the medical technology sector within the Norwegian market.

As a Norwegian organization, Melanor’s members must adhere to regulations aligning with the EU MDR 2017/746 and IVDR 2017/745, despite Norway not being an EU member. They operate under the guidance of the Norwegian Medicines Agency (Statens legemiddelverk) which enforces these standards.
