SEDMA IVD represents companies in Slovakia involved in in vitro diagnostic medical devices. The organization supports the IVD industry through advocacy, education, and collaboration.

As a Slovakian organization operating within the EU, SEDMA IVD’s members are subject to the EU In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Device Regulation (IVDR 2017/745). Compliance with IVDR, including requirements for performance evaluation and post-market surveillance, is central to their work.
