Director of Marketing

Hybrid | Must have experience with wire and catheter based products used in Interventional Cardiology or Interventional Radiology

| Up to 25% Travel

Salary: 180K-200K | Direct Hire

The Director of Marketing serves as the operational leader of the U.S. marketing organization, overseeing cross‑functional teams including Product Management, Marketing Operations, Creative, Branding & Communications, Digital, Events, and Tradeshow Management. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role ensures that strategy is translated into disciplined execution across all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day operations across all marketing functions with full visibility into projects, timelines, and priorities.
  • Drive execution of product launches and commercial initiatives across Coronary, Peripheral, Neuro, and IVR portfolios.
  • Partner with Sales to align marketing activities with field execution needs and revenue goals.
  • Oversee brand consistency across digital, congresses, sales materials, and training content.
  • Manage event/tradeshow strategy, planning, staffing, and post‑event analysis.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance through collaboration with Regulatory, Legal, and Quality.
  • Develop and support managers; promote a culture of accountability and high performance.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in medical device or healthcare marketing; 5+ years leading multifunctional teams.
  • Strong operational leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience with interventional specialties (Coronary, Peripheral, Neuro, IVR) strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s required; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on involvement.
